Oh, how I love Boards Of Canada! I do wish and "prey" that they release a new album soon. Until then though, there is some very interesting unreleased material in circulation that is confirmed to be them. Three tapes are out there, two of which were apparently created for friends and family of the group, whereas the third one comes with no information whatsoever. Again, it is confirmed to be Boards Of Canada on the tape, but there are no track names, artwork or anything to give a clue as to when these tracks were recorded or the tape was assembled apart from a few of the tracks being identified by dedicated fans. So, without further ado, I present to you this "strange" tape, often labeled the Random 35 Track Tape for your listening pleasure, and I will be sharing the other two tapes in the near future as well.
Just to say, this is an excellent collection of BOC recordings, so don't be put off by the lack of data, you should download it regardless. Enjoy!
