Jill Jones

As promised, here is a reposting of the Jill Jones links just in case anyone missed them. Jill, if you're not familiar with her, was one of Prince's girlfriends and a protege of sorts. This was her only album and gets a lot of credit for being one the best Prince side-projects ever released besides The Family, though like the rest of them it burnt out way too quick and is dead out of print. Jill did continue working with Prince and actually started recording a second album, but it was never released and might not have been finished. Strangely enough though, Prince made a music video for at least one of the songs for her proposed second album, a jaunty little number named Boom Boom. That and the other tracks that have leaked for that album can be found in this previous post, but you can grab Jill's self-titled debut in lossless FLAC and V0 MP3 below. Enjoy!
