Mistabishi
Ok. I gotta admit that I'm not into the whole DrumNBass thing. I mean there's certain songs that I like but in general that's not my music and therefore I ignore or I did so until I found this guy. Mistabishi, real name James Pullen is a DNB dj from London, England, the like of which I find kinda interesting. The cool thing about him is that he doesn't make standard DNB but rather one that is more melodic. Or at least that's what I thought the first time I heard him. Mistabishi's gotta be the only DNB dj that I really like. There's something in his music that really grabs you and takes you some place else. It's really surreal experience. You gotta appreciate such DJs that does not hit heavy on the bass but instead goes for a smoother ride. But the guy definitely knows how to hit it hard too. He did some really sick remixes including "For What It's Worth" by Placebo, "Death" by White Lies and "No Sleep Tonight" by Enter Shikari. Mistabishi deserves more recognition for his efforts. He's damn talented.
