Since the last two posts I've found a few leftover tracks that it doesn't look like the complete sources for which ever leaked. So, for your listening pleasure, here are five more gems. I haven't touched the metadata on the tracks so the info may seem a little scattered, but I'm sure you'll find them interesting all the same. Enjoy!
Head Automatica - Addendum
01 I Won't Leave You Alone Tonight
A rockin' outtake from the Decadence sessions, this is kind of a cross between Yellow Bullet and Dance Party Plus, albeit a little a faster than both. Very nice!
02 198X
A significantly updated version of this great outtake with new lyrics, this is believed to also have been recorded during the Decadence sessions.
03 Negro Spiritual
Like 198X, another updated version believed to be recorded during the Decadence sessions. This and the above version of 198X are completely different takes from the earlier circulating versions.
04 Nexlev
This isn't really a Head Automatica track but rather a Daryl Palumbo solo demo from prior to the formation of HA. It's from a collection of recordings generally called the Westworld Demos, though whether Westworld was the name of the project or the sessions is unknown. As I understand it, Daryl probably plays every instrument on this track, though I'm not writing that in stone. Some of the lyrics are similar to lines in Sacramental Narcotics.
05 At The Speed Of A Yellow Bullet
The metadata on the MP3 lists this as the EFI Mix and the album it appears on as Daryl Palumbo Demos. The demo part is accurate to be certain, and it's a real short one at that. First two verses, performed rather rough and rugged, and out.
