Here's a band I found completely by chance only to realize that they're no more. Truly a shame giving the fact that Reaching Hand are one really potent hardcore band hailing from Lisbon, Portugal. Fronted by the charismatic Sofia O this four-piece band grabbed my attention with it's melodic yet edgy style, sheer enthusiasm and powerful performances. It's rarely that I stumble upon a new band that I'll like right away. Most of the time it takes time for me to like something. That's not the case with Reaching Hand. I liked them from the very first song I heard. It won't exaggerated to say that they're my new favorite hardcore band. Reaching Hand is not only for those fans of bands like Walls Of Jericho, All For Nothing and Beyond Pink but for all those who enjoy good hardcore music. I strongly recommend this band.
